Leaving on a Mission

The Sunday before Lars left on his mission, we made yummy Brazilian cuisine and had some friends over to see Lars off. As requested, there were no veggies or fruit, just meat and beans and dessert. And as a matter of fact it was all very delicious.

 Lars was getting in as much game time as he could and the little boys were just soaking it up, too.

On June 19th we shipped him of on an airplane to Salt Lake City to the MTC. He's having a blast and learning so much. You can read up about how he's doing here.
