Just Another Day in the Life

Have you seen the movie The Help? I can't seem to get enough of it. I first of it as a book, and when the movie was announced I just had to see it. I don't know what it is about this story that connects with me so much. Maybe its the Mississippi setting, or maybe its the great southern accents and mannerisms that remind me of elementary school days. Either way, it is definitely on the top of my favorites list right now.

The other day I was eating pretzels sticks and I thought to myself, "A big, fluffy, soft pretzel from Auntie Anne's sounds good right about now." So when I had some free time this evening, I decided to make soft pretzels. Have you ever made them? Me either. I think it turned out pretty well for a first run. I made half of them salted and other other have with cinnamon and sugar. Yummy Sunday treat!
