So a couple months ago my friends and I were just talking about fun things to do during the summer instead of play on the lake and work all the time. We hopped on the internet while listening to some Michael Buble and it hit us. Lets go to his concert! So we searched for the nearest location of his Crazy Love tour, and it just happened to be in Spokane. Totally do-able.
Well, events happened that made the trip impossible, but then with another turn of events, my night of the concert was once free again. The Bella the Ball and I made arrangements and voila! we were off to Spokane! But we missed That One Kid in all our escapading.
The evening of fun events started with a walk around (ride the escalators) in Nordstrom's looking at beautiful and highly expensive clothing and shoes. We even walked down to the fragrances and sampled the Justin Beiber perfume. And I actually liked it :)
Next on the adventure list was dinner. We were a pair of hungry girls so we walked ourselves right on over to the Red Robin across the street. Boy was that the best burger and fries I'd had in a long time!
We had been mostly sitting in a car all day, so we eventually we made our way back to the hotel to get ready for the concert. Though we already had tickets, we wanted to be in the front of the line just to say we had done it. Off we walked up the hill to the arena and plopped ourselves in line only about 50 people back.
Once we got in, the concert souvenir stand was right inside the door, so we stood in that line for about 5 minutes and eventually got our super duper cute matching shirts. Then we headed over to the line for a picture with the cut-out of Michael Buble. We were having a great time!
The opening band was called Naturally 7. They are an all black male group from New York that does all acapella music. It was the best acapella music I have ever heard, and I have heard a lot. They do this thing that they call vocal play, which is when the voice imitates a specifice instrument like bass guitar or violin. Let me tell ya, that was the best electric guitar and drum set that was completely vocals. They blew us away!
But the real reason we were there was to see Michael himself, and after about an hour of Naturally 7, he finally showed up!!! We went crazy and danced to many of this songs. The cute old couple beside us had binoculars that they shared every now and then. What a crazy fun night!!!!
We finally made it back to the hotel and munched on onion rings and a caramel apple. We stayed up even later than we planned but it was all worth the loss of sleep. What an amazing 24 hours we had on our girls night out!

AH! You were in spokane, a quick hour and half away from us and you didn't tell us! I'm offended! JK. Sounds like you had a blast.
